hOW we charge DATA at nATIONAL bUILDING aRCHIVEs
Building a hacker free system of the worlds most vauluble data isnt cheap.
We are the worlds only National Building Archive designed to hold, keep and record building data to help building owners reduce costs and holding that vital warranty data thats typicaly lost through changing hands and building ownerships.
Once we recive your data, it goes through a three step process to be enetered into our data systems. Each of these protocls ensures the data is safe, secure and retrivable, decades in the furture and protected against solar flares, computer viruses and other things the average person would never even consider.
Our data storage fees:
Contractor and Manufacturers Tags, at a base level cover up to 35 doucuments for contractor related documentation thats included with the purchase of the patented DIgital Cornerstone building tag. Additional pages can be uploaded, but the fee to process the document is $0.15 per page after the first 35 pages. The suggested documents are Manufactuers warranties, supply house invoices, payment information proving the customer paid for the job, terms of service contract (Labor Warranty), original contract and waranty transfer application.
This tag is limited to 8" x 11" documents only. Aditional fees for larger documents, please inquire.
Architectual and Design Tags, at the base level, storage fees include up to 125 pages 8.5" x 11 and up to 75 pages of 11" x 17". Aditional pages of 8" x 11 are $0.15 each, and 11" x 17" are $0.18 each
Blue print pages are also recordable up to 24" in width and are $0.50 each.
Manufactuers Warranty Tags at the base level cover up to 25 documents for manufacturer related documentations, including warranties, supply house invoices, contractor labor warranties, payment information, terms of service contract documentation and warranty transfer application documents.
The National Building Archives is that, a archive of documents, not just digital data.
In the event the original data is lost and the file must be opened buy our staff, we have to ensure that the files are resecured in all three levels of our security. We will send the requested information back to the building owners one time at no charge. Each time the vault is opened after the original lockdown, the fee to open the files, and retrive documents will cost $12.95 plus $0.07 per page transfer fee.
Customer data is held in the industry standards as defined by the Construction Specifications Institute's Master Format and can be retrived in sections vs the entire file, as needed.
